 Northfield Engineering Bespoke hydraulic cylinder design and manufacture
Within our hydraulic workshop we have the facility to design and build hydraulic cylinders and any relevant components for all uses from agricultural plant to bespoke machinery right to raising stages at events such as the Olympic games Athens 2004 opening ceremony, the Common Wealth Games in Sydney, Australia opening ceremony 2005, the Eurovision Song Contest Athens building of the rising stage 2006.
Through the initial enquiry our design team produce ideas and or possible solutions for the customer to consider. Then when the ideas have been agreed with the client
we would move the project into the design stage where full detailed drawings would be produced. Following these prototype components can be made and tested to ensure the design is fully effective and at this stage any alterations are made to the design prior to the project going to full production.
This type of program can be run for as little as say five cylinders through to 100 cylinders.
As you will see from the illustrations we can design complete lift - lower solutions not just build the cylinders, it is up to the customer as to how much input we have into the project.
